Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

In such cases, any balance remaining in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting 9600x customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in the usual manner, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.
